Who can use the service

VibeCRM is intended for authorized staff and representatives of the business that operates it. It is not a consumer-facing application. You may only use the service if you are authorized by that business and agree to these terms.

What the service does

VibeCRM is an internal CRM used for lead and job management, including scheduling, communications, and related operations. Features and integrations may change over time.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in line with your role. You must not:

• Abuse the system or use it for unauthorized access.
• Use it for any illegal activity or to harm others.
• Attempt to circumvent security or access controls.

Third-party services

The service may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Thumbtack, HousecallPro, telephony or SMS providers). Those services have their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for their availability, performance, or conduct.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit our liability. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for abuse or violation of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, to the extent permitted by law.
